6 strawberry puree portions
3 lime puree portions
40 ml white rum
25 ml sugar cane syrup
125 g ice cubes

METHOD. In a blender, combine the strawberry and lime puree portions, rum, and sugar cane syrup. Blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is slushy. Pour the daiquiri into a glass and garnish with lime wedges and strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately. Cheers to a delicious and refreshing strawberry daiquiri!
