• 50 ml dark rum plantation original dark
  • 30 ml pineapple puree Crop’s
  • 20 ml coconut puree Crop’s
  • 10 ml orgeat almond
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • Angostura bitters
  • Fresh pineapple
  • Fresh mint
  • 250g crushed ice



  • Pour all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend for about 15 seconds
  • Pour in a glass and garnish with pineapple and mint
  • Serve with a straw
