Ingredients
- 50 ml dark rum plantation original dark
- 30 ml pineapple puree Crop’s
- 20 ml coconut puree Crop’s
- 10 ml orgeat almond
- 30 ml lime juice
- Angostura bitters
- Fresh pineapple
- Fresh mint
- 250g crushed ice
Method
- Pour all ingredients in a blender
- Blend for about 15 seconds
- Pour in a glass and garnish with pineapple and mint
- Serve with a straw
