50ml dark rum

30ml pineapple puree

20ml coconut puree

10ml orgeat almond

30ml lime juice

angostura bitters

250g crushed ice

fresh pineapple (garnish)
fresh mint (garnish)

METHOD.  Pour the rum, pineapple puree, coconut puree, orgeat almond, and lime juice in a blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Add the crushed ice and blend again. Pour the drink in a glass and garnish with pineapple, mint, and angostura bitters. Serve with a straw. Cheers!
