Are Smoothie Bags healthy?

Yes, we only use whole, natural ingredients that are frozen at peak ripeness to retain their nutritional value, taste, and freshness. We don't add any refined sugars, preservatives or additives.

Do I need to thaw the Smoothie Bag before blending?

For a deliciously fresh smoothie, you can blend the frozen fruit. Let the Smoothie Bags defrost completely in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours at 6°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Which liquid base can I use to prepare my smoothies?

Apple juice is our all-time favourite, but you can use water, milk (dairy or plant-based), yoghurt, or any other liquid of your choice as the base for your smoothie.

Are the Smoothie Bags allergen-free?

The smoothie mixes are produced on our premises where gluten and lactose are processed. The smoothie mixes may therefore contain traces of gluten or lactose. For other allergen, please check the packaging.
