This coulis reduces the tropical sunshine to a perfectly balanced, golden fruit sauce that is ideal for combinations with yoghurt, coconut or white chocolate.
For those more adventurous taste explorers, we recommend pairing the coulis with anise stars or cloves for that delightful earthy note. The hero of this blend is our supersweet pineapple, grown in Crop’s sustainable Costa Rican plantations.

Made with 100% raspberry crumble, this coulis is a heavenly combination of sweet and tangy flavours reduced to a perfectly thick sauce. Depending on the application, you get to choose between a 100% raspberry or an extra sweet coulis with 17% added sugar.
To obtain the coulis’ ideal texture and deep colour, we cut, crush and sieve the fruit to separate the pulp from the seeds and then pasteurise it, without using any additional aromas or conservatives.

When the most iconic berries come together, we can already expect great outcomes.
But ultimately, it is all about proportions — this coulis features a perfectly balanced mix of sweet and sour berries for an unforgettable performance.
The main role is played by raspberries, grown in Crop’s own managed Serbian fields. Made of 87% fruit and 17% sugar.
