Our sour cherry varieties range from milder (Pandy) to intensely tart (Oblachinska, Lutovka). Pandy is an excellent fit for pastry toppings, dairy preparations and jams, while Oblachinska and Lutovka work really well in pastry preparations. The sweet black cherry (Tragana) is popular for fruit salads. For all our varieties, processed in our own production units, we guarantee strict low pit tolerance specifications.
