Frozen red fruit mix

In our range, we offer next to the IQF frozen fruit range a range of fruit mixes.  The frozen red fruit mix is available in 4 varieties, of which 2 especially for bakery.  Red fruit mix is a fruit salad of red fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, red currants.  All ingredients of the red fruit mix are individually quick frozen.

Frozen strawberry

Frozen strawberries are available in whole calibers and halves, coated and uncoated.  Frozen strawberries are very light and refreshing.  They contain about 90% water.  To guarantee you frozen strawberries of the best quality, the strawberries are handpicked at the peak of ripeness.  In our frozen strawberry range, we offer the following varieties: Senga Sengana, Camarossa and Tioga.  Frozen strawberries can be used in fruit salads, pastry preparations or as decoration for fruit pies.
