The incoming fresh fruit is controlled against strict product specifications, cleaned or washed, processed, frozen, colour or laser sorted, calibrated and stored in our cold stores.

The IQF fruit is freshly frozen at -40° C within 2 to 4 hours after the harvest for maximum preservation of vitamins, flavours and texture. This combination of growing and freezing excellence ensures availability of stable varieties of utmost quality year round.
