Cropísí dynamic and innovative R&D department ensures the constant development of increasingly qualitative and convenient products, bringing a solution to your specific needs.

Technological Research and Development (R&D)

  • We introduce new varieties with a higher brix index, for example MD2 pineapple variety.

  • Cropís uses a revolutionary coating technology to enrobe individual pieces of fruit for an equal spreading of juice.

  • Because we use the right fruit mix, our smoothie recipes do not show any sign of dephasation, even after having been stored in a fridge for 8 hours.

New Product Development (NPD)

The chefs working in the NPD department are constantly developing new recipes and improving the quality of existing products. The in-house NPD department also ensures very short time to market for new products. Few months after the idea generation a product can be sold.

 

The loss of juice after defrosting fruit is a critical factor in the appearance of any fruit tart.  Thanks to a rigorous selection of the right raspberry variety, the drip loss is reduced to less than 1%.
